When you think of that same thought repetitively, over and over, you make the thought dominant. The brain always follows the direction of its most current dominant thought.

The study showed that those who weighed more and had abnormally high blood cholesterol levels were slightly more at risk for future heart disease; but weight gain and cholesterol levels had an inverse correlation with fat and cholesterol intake in the diet.

The earliest types of hair transplants were what they call strip incision transplants. This is where a strip of skin is removed from the back of your head and the hair on that skin is cut into grafts. These grafts used to have 10 – 30 hairs in each one (back in the old days). This meant that when the grafts were transplanted you had these small clumps of hair that looked totally unnatural.
After decades of mistakes the hair transplant process was finally refined with the follicular unit hair transplant technique or follicular unit extraction. This type of transplant works in two ways.
1. The hair grafts that are transplanted are far smaller – often only 1 or 2 hairs in size. This gives the transplant client a far, far more natural look at the end of the procedure.
2. The hair can be taken directly from the donor area and transplanted (almost) directly to the bald or thinning areas of the patients scalp. There’s no longer a need for that strip of skin to be cut from the back of your head. This means a lot less scarring.
A follicular unit transplant won’t work for everybody though. You still need to have a certain amount of donor hair. Also an FUE style transplant will mean that you’ll have hundreds/thousands of tiny microscopic scars instead of one large scar at the back (or sides) of your head. Despite this most people are happier with the idea of lots of tiny scars than one big one.
Another major advantage of FUE style transplants is that you can use body hair (if you have enough of it) to add to the amount of donor hair you have.

Now if you have lots and lots of body hair your chances of getting 100% coverage just improved dramatically. But even if you only have some body hair on your chest, back and legs this can be used too. And when you see what a modern hair transplant surgeon (I’d go as far as saying artist for some of these guys) is capable of doing with body hair you’re just going to be amazed to be honest.
